November was a very busy month trying to keep customers cars progressing as well as going through final testing on our ’41 Willeze delivery ready for rego hopefully for Christmas.
We took the Delivery to the Performance Driving Centre at Norwell for lane change and brake test.
Other than a drive to the letterbox and back, this was the first chance to drive the car and see how it performs. The car is based on a BA Falcon wagon platform using Ford steering, front end, rear end etc. We have fitted a 5ltr Fairlane V8 motor and box. It has the rear seat included so it makes for a 5 seater or you can lay the seat down and it becomes your Panelvan style delivery. We had a few overheating issues (which turned out to be fans going the wrong way!). The car passed the testing and we are now doing the final finishing off prior to issuing of Vin No to allow registration as an ICV in Qld.
We will be posting photos of the car shortly. There are a couple of average videos on our Willeze You Tube channel to check out.

The ’63 Caddy we have been building inc. top chop, tube grille and dechromed etc. is in final prep for paint after finally sorting out the colour of candy red.
Simon’s Wild 40 Hot Rod has had the chassis painted in stealth black and has been picked up while we finish off bodywork ready for paint and final assembly.
The one tonner chassis was also painted and picked up while we start the body.
The other major build on the go at the moment is a largish van as a secret build – watch this space…..
Also continuing is the chop, channel and chassis mods on a 1954 2 door chev which will be a very nice Kustom when finished.
This is the first of ongoing blogs to come.
